Gateway Pundits reports It was an ugly scene today at malls around the country as shoppers lined up and fought it out over the new Air Jordans. In Atlanta there was a stampede. One woman was arrested after she left her 1 year-old and 5 year-old locked in a car.

Let me ask some politically incorrect questions:
How many of those people who stormed the mall like Visigoths conquering Rome actually work for a living?
How many of them were low income that I have to pay taxes for their kids free lunch program, but they the cash to pay $200 dollars for sneakers?
I grew up in the projects and contrary to what many may believe, the majority who live there worked for a living like my parents. However, I also remember neighbors who didn’t work and lived off welfare. Their kids always seem to wear better clothes than my parents could afford to buy me.
Not much has changed in 40 years.
