The media is making much of Cain’s hesitation in answering the question. But, when you listen to Cain’s eventual answer, he makes a well reasoned argument on how he would have handled it differently.

The 65-year-old suffered his own Rick Perry 'Oops' moment when quizzed on his stance on Libya.
Fidgeting in his chair during the video interview, Cain paused and asked for clarification on the question: 'President Obama supported the uprising, correct?'
Once he'd established that fact, he still seemed to struggle to come up with an answer to what should be a key policy question.
Cain hesitated when asked whether he agreed with Obama's decision to back Libyan rebels in overthrowing Moammar Gadhafi. The long-time Libyan dictator was killed last month.
