Counting out Michele Bachmann is a mistake

Although recent polls have Minnesota congressman Michele Bachmann back in the second tier of candidates, I think she may end up getting a real second look by the voters. The media was quick to dismiss her after she one the Iowa Straw Poll. But, I tend to ignore state run media anyway.

Bachmann is a strong conservative and in last night’s debate she handled herself quick well on foreign policy. She was the equal of anybody onstage. But, consider this. The last thing the media wants is a very viable woman candidate running as the GOP nominee.
