Models 35 and Older Working It Out Honey.

Iman (55 years old) covers Ladybrille (March 2011)

The modeling industry has a seemingly never-ending supply of under-20 supermodels in the making but amid all of this underage madness, there still exist models at or over the age of 35 (more than twice as old as newcomers Nyasha Matonhodze and Nine d'Urso) who not only still get work, but look awesome doing it.

These models haven't let the number of years they've been on this planet prevent them from scoring coveted ad campaigns or covering high fashion glossies. Lauren Hutton bagged the latest Alexis Bittar campaign at the ripe age of 67, while Kristen McMenamy's flowing gray locks and bikini-clad body graced the cover of a recent Vogue Italia issue.

This group of stunning women prove that, believe it or not, it is possible to look beautiful and model clothing without being a schoolgirl. Click HERE to see more.

Giselle Bündchen, First Supermodel Worth Billions?

via People: According to Forbes magazine, the publication reports that the Brazilian-born, world's highest-paid supermodel since 2004 is on track to become the first billionaire in her field.

Besides being the face (and other parts) of Versace and Dior, the business-savvy 30-year-old aims to brand herself with her own line of jewelry, "green" cosmetics and lingerie, as well as sandals, says Forbes.

The publication also lauds her real-estate holdings. Among her properties, it reports: a hotel in the south of Brazil, land in an upper-crust region of Bahia, a villa in Costa Rica and a Brentwood, Calif., estate that she and Brady purchased for $11 million (for the land alone) and will reportedly spend another $20 million to develop.

When the gold dust settles, Forbes speculates, not only will Bündchen be the first billionaire supermodel, but also the first Brazilian female self-made billionaire. To borrow a term from Brady's game, touchdown.

Louis Vuitton's Signs 16 Year Old Stunner...

A Zimbabwean-born, British-raised sixteen-year-old model has been chosen as the new face of Louis Vuitton, starring in the maison's fall/winter advertising campaign.

Discovered only last year, fresh-faced Nyasha Matonhodze has already starred in a handful of magazine editorials, including some big-name magazines such as Teen Vogue and Harper's Bazaar, and has walked in dozens of runway shows.

Upon learning that she had been selected as one of the stars of the upcoming Vuitton campaign, Nyasha told the Telegraph, "My eyes filled up with tears and I thought 'Lord you are lucky!' It didn't actually hit me until I was sat in a Rolls Royce sitting eye-to-eye with [famed fashion photographer Stephen] Meisel." Click HERE to read more and see more pics.

Liya Kebede: From Model to Actress...

Liya Kebede has managed to transition from Vogue cover model to not only actress but also humanitarian. Her latest film, Desert Flower, draws attention to the frequently overlooked issue of female genital mutilation. Liya plays Waris Dirie in the autobiographical story (adapted from the book of the same name) of her meteoric rise in the modeling industry in the late 80s. Waris, who was circumcised at a young age and later fled her clan in Somalia for the promise of freedom in London, where she was discovered mopping floors at a McDonald’s. Liya is spellbinding in the harrowing tale of a woman's journey from nomad to model to champion of women’s rights.
